We provide delivery across Malaysia. For overseas delivery, please check with us first.
We will arrange orders to be posted out on Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking numbers will be provided in the order status once we have shipped out your order.
Please note that these timelines start once the shipment is out for delivery.
Any changes to the delivery address are not allowed after payment is made.
Three attempts of delivery will be made for every order. If the courier company is still unable to reach the customer after the third attempt, the order will be deemed canceled, and the customer shall bear all costs incurred during the delivery process (e.g., delivery cost).
If you have not received your order within 3 to 7 working days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@medikhub.com.my.
We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any delay that may apply.
